These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Numa Ha Giang Loop. By making a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and you have received confirmation from Numa Ha Giang Loop. The remaining balance is payable before or at the start of your tour unless otherwise agreed.
All participants must meet the minimum age requirements for the tour and be physically capable of taking part. Riders choosing the self-ride option must hold a valid driving licence appropriate for the motorcycle they intend to ride and comply with Vietnamese law.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are fit enough to participate in the tour. Please inform us before your arrival of any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements that may affect your experience.
We strongly recommend that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal belongings, cancellation and motorbike activities where applicable.
The safety instructions provided by our guides must be followed at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the tour if their behaviour puts themselves, other guests or our staff at risk.
While we take every reasonable care, guests remain responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the tour. Numa Ha Giang Loop cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Mountain weather and road conditions can change quickly. For safety reasons, we may alter routes, itineraries, accommodation or schedules without prior notice if necessary.
Where transport, accommodation or other services are provided by trusted third-party suppliers, we will always do our best to ensure a high standard of service. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays, cancellations or issues beyond our reasonable control.

Participation in adventure travel involves inherent risks. By joining a Numa Ha Giang Loop tour, you acknowledge these risks and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Numa Ha Giang Loop shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, delays or additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and will apply to future bookings.
