We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. This cancellation policy explains how cancellations, refunds and booking deposits are handled for tours booked with Numa Ha Giang Loop.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Your tour is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
If you need to change your tour date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled tour without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In these circumstances, the booking deposit will not be refunded.
